It is all in the name! Called and had them give me a second opinion as the first estimate from another local vendor didn’t seem right. Chris (Owner) came out himself and spent the better part of an hour doing a very thorough diagnostic of my furnace, which another company had told me had a cracked heat exchanger and needed to be replaced. Integrity (Chris) showed me the real time pictures on the inside of the heat exchanger, and both he and his assistant said it looked brand new and was not cracked. Gave the entire system an examination and then a clean bill of health too! Very professional and very courteous. I will use them again and I highly recommend!
